By using the Application, members irrevocably accept these terms and agree to comply with all provisions regarding the posting, editing, and commercialization of content (photos, videos, audio files) for a fee. These Guidelines constitute an integral part of the Terms of Use of the Application.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Guidelines, the following definitions apply:
- "Member":any natural or legal person who has registered on the Application and possesses an account, allowing them to upload content and negotiate its commercialization.
- “Content”: any photograph, video, audio file, or other digital material uploaded by the Member to the Application.
- "Compensation": any monetary reward or other financial reimbursement paid to the Member for the commercialization of the Content.
- "Service": the system of the Application that allows the management, display, and commercialization of the Content for a fee.
3. Posting and Content Management:

- Is authentic and created by the Member itself or for which the Member holds all necessary rights.
- Does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights, personal rights, or other legal provisions.
- Represents accurately and fully the subject of the commercial transaction.
3.2. Obligation to Ensure Rights
The Member declares and guarantees that:
- The Member has all the necessary rights to upload the Content.
- The Content does not contain material that is subject to criminal, civil, or administrative penalties due to the violation of intellectual property or other rights.
4. Prohibited Content
Members are strictly prohibited from uploading content that:
- Contains material of a violent, inappropriate, offensive, or discriminatory nature.
- Encourages or promotes illegal activities, hatred, racism, or discrimination.
- Violates the rights of third parties, including copyright, privacy rights, and trademarks.
- Contains unwanted advertising or spam material.
In case of posting prohibited content, the Application reserves the right to immediately delete the material and take appropriate actions, including temporary or permanent suspension of the Member's account access.
5. Rights and Licenses for Content Usage
5.1. Transfer of Rights
By uploading the Content, the Member grants the Application a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, and worldwide right to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the Content for the purposes of operating, promoting, and commercially exploiting the platform.
5.2. Retention of Rights
At the same time, the Member retains all intellectual property rights to the Content they uploaded, unless otherwise agreed in a separate contract.
6. Financial Transactions and Fees
6.1. Compensation System
The Application manages the process of marketing Content and the payment of fees through its internal payment system. Members participating in the marketing process are required to comply with the system's terms and provide valid information for their financial management.
6.2. Service Fee and Costs
A service fee may be imposed on each transaction, which is retained by the Application to cover operational and maintenance costs. The specific percentage or fixed amount will be communicated to users in advance and may be modified with prior notice.
6.3. Dispute Resolution
In case of a dispute regarding financial transactions, the Member agrees to submit the matter to the application's internal mediation channels before resorting to external legal procedures.
7. Dispute Management and Legal Provisions
7.1. Dispute Resolution Process
Any dispute or disagreement arising from the posting or commercialization of Content will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures outlined in the Terms of Use of the Application. Members are required to seek amicable resolution through the prescribed mediation mechanisms.
7.2. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Greek law. In case of a legal dispute, Members agree that the resolution of disputes will be based on the applicable legal rules and handled by the competent courts.
8. Final Provisions
- Modification of Guidelines: The Application reserves the right to modify these Community Guidelines, with the obligation to inform users in a timely manner. Continued use of the Application after the announcement of modifications will be considered as acceptance of the new terms.
- Disclaimer: The Member bears exclusive responsibility for the content they upload and agrees to indemnify the Application in case of any violation of these Guidelines or the legal rights of third parties.
- Communication: Any questions, clarifications, or complaints regarding the Community Guidelines should be submitted through the official communication channels of the Application.
By posting Content and using the Application, the Member declares that they have read, understood, and accepted these legal terms, fully assuming the relevant obligations and agreeing to the rules governing the community. frini.club
