Go to Book Me, choose a creator and select the service you want. Complete checkout and you will see the order in your account.

After the order is completed, open the related notification or go to your order and use the action button for chat/video.

Chat/video access is usually enabled after payment is confirmed (order completed). If it stays pending, contact support.

Contact the creator as soon as possible. Policies may vary per service. If there is an issue, contact support.

Payments are processed via the store checkout. Do not share passwords or sensitive information in chat.

Email support@frini.club and include your order number.
